One of the greatest benefits of a yacht the size of Papagallo is our ability to tailor menu selections to very specific needs for a select group. We will gladly accommodate any special requests you might have and encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your event needs.
Onboard Nautical Events has a full license for beer, wine and spirits for adults 21 and over. We offer packages for your event that can be priced per person or with a hosted bar. Should you wish, a no-host bar can be made available to your guests for their individual purchase. Soft beverages are included in all meal quotes. Remember that all pricing noted below is a package price, inclusive of the three hour harbor cruise, food, tax, gratuity and dock fees.
Substantial (meal replacement) and upscale gourmet hors d’oeuvres are offered for groups of 20 to 45+ with stationed and butler pass service. Price range is approximately $65 to $85 per person, depending on food selections and numbers in the group. This price is inclusive of tax, gratuity, dock fees and soft beverages (sodas, still and sparkling water, coffee, tea).
Seated Formal Service
Fine dining is offered for groups of 16 to 24. Formal service for your party starts with mingling appetizers provided at the beginning the cruise. Dinner service consists of a first course, two entree selections with appropriate side dishes, patisserie dessert and French pressed coffee (regular or decaffeinated). Menus start at $130.00 per person. The price is inclusive of tax, gratuity and dock fees. A sample fine dining menu is offered for your review. If you are interested in a more intimate dinner group of fewer than 16, we will be happy to quote your party on an individual basis. Please advise if you have specific food preferences or requirements.
Food and Wine Pairing Events
Onboard Nautical Events works directly with many of our excellent Central Coast wineries in showcasing the vessel Papagallo for Food and Wine Pairings offered to their Wine Club Membership (and the public as space allows). Chef Gentieu develops specific menus for these events based on individual varietals chosen by the winery owners and winemakers.
